Pedro Gonçalves is an international FCI / CPC (Clube Português de Canicultura) conformation judge from Portugal, officially recognized by the Portuguese Kennel Club since 2019. He is a prominent, long-time breeder of Dogo Argentinos and Jack Russell Terriers under his well-known kennel prefix "dos Makuas" (Makuas Kennel), through which he has produced numerous World and European Winners. He began his official judging career in Portugal and quickly gained international acclaim as a true breed specialist. He specializes in judging FCI Group 2 (particularly Dogo Argentinos and Dobermanns) and Group 3 Terriers, frequently officiating at major club specialties and major dog shows across Europe
